Giant Crisom Mandevilla

I think I overwater my plant,( I live in NY) it looks seek, leafs lost the gloss and wilded, no new bloom for more the a week. If anything can be done to save this plant?

You may not be able to save your plant. The best thing to do is to cut it back and see if it puts out new growth. Be sure you have it planted in a pot that drains and dump the water out of the saucer after watering. Water this plant only when the plant approaches dryness.
